Total Investment Costs are often requested by clients, these can be splitted as per discipline (e.g. piping, civil, …) or as one overall TIC.

During projects, 3D-PDG can support you in sending out tenders, supporting the bidding process, organise clarification meetings and finally set up bid tabulations.
Especially when the Total Investment Cost has been calculated by 3D-PDG, our support will prove to be highly recommendable.

During projects, 3D-PDG can support you in tracking all costs in order to manage the project financially. Especially when the Total Investment Cost has been calculated by 3D-PDG, support is advised.

During the execution of projects, 3D-PDG can deliver on-site supervision, in order to control quality and good execution of the designs.

3D-PDG has created its own DMS system, which is accessible for both client and other parties if required.
A document tracker list is automatically generated, in which only valid documents are shown.

Engineering

We design process terminals, sketching p&id’s, calculating the necessary values, performing HAZOP, and finally assure that the physical design fits the process requirements.

Processing mechanical datasheets, in which alle required codes, process data, mechanical properties, … are defined.

We assess critical systems with CaesarII, in order to check flange leakage and overstress, which can be caused by wind or snow loads, thermal expansion, …. Nozzle loads are calculated by using NOZZLE PRO software.
